The Santam Graduate Programme offers a comprehensive 24-month platform, designed to facilitate a seamless transition from academia to the professional realm. This initiative encompasses both structured developmental processes and hands-on experiential learning.
Underpinned by a tailor-made onboarding framework, your initial 100 days at Santam will be dedicated to acclimatizing to the organizational culture and setting the stage for your future triumphs. The journey unfolds through a meticulously curated curriculum of accredited learning modules, spanning domains aimed at anchoring your evolution over the 24-month duration. Simultaneously, you’ll be exposed to cutting-edge digital resources, meticulously selected to embrace the quintessence of Santam’s five core competencies.
Minimum Educational Requirements:
